But never strain the hips to twist too much as the natural moves make the best of backward swings.
To make a good down swing again you require shifting the hip and the body weight towards the left side and then turning the hip at the target. While you tilt the shoulders along with the hip movement, the club moves towards the target parallel with the ground.
